A writer at heart, Javed Ahmed, started getting involved in his passion for writing from the tender age of 12. Born and brought up in Gorakhpur, U.P. Javed had his write-ups published in all the major national dailies and newspapers.

In 1998 Javed migrated to Mumbai and started working as a film journalist .. then he continued his contribution to the film industry as a line producer of films and television serials ... he also produced promotional campaigns and music albums.

As a writer Javed wrote the story of moon moon Sen's film "Andheri Raton Main". In 2003 he wrote the screen-play for the Arshad Warsi's film "Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II". After that he diversified into writing promotional campaigns for television shows and advertisement films.

Post that for five years he was deeply involved in writing the famous television shows "The Golden Era With Ann Kapoor " and "Suhana Safar With Annu Kapoor "

After being away from the main stream hindi cinema for a long time , Javed again got back into reckoning when he wrote the dialogues and screen play for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's dream project "Heera Mandi"

Nowadays Javed is involved in writing television promos, a couple of films and web series for OTT platforms.
